SOUL OMEN Return & Cancellation Policy

At SOUL OMEN, we are committed to providing you with high-quality fitness apparel that inspires you to embrace change and rise above challenges. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  1. Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached and in original plastic bag.

    • Sale items or final clearance items are not eligible for return.

  2. Process:

    • Contact our support team at [contact@soulomen.com] to initiate a return.

    • Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

    • You will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.

    • Once we receive the items back, we will determine whether the condition meets our standards of acceptable returns (unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition with tags attached and in original plastic bag.)

    • If for any reason the items are returned back to us, and do not meet the standard for an accepted return, the items will be sent back without a refund. 
       
  3. Refunds:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    • If you are returning an item for a full refund, you must cover the cost of return shipping.

  4. Exchanges or Store Credit:

    • To exchange an item or request store credit, please follow the return process.

    • If you are returning an item for an exchange or store credit, SOUL OMEN will cover the cost of return shipping.

Cancellations or Changes

  1. Order Changes or Cancellations:

    • Orders can be cancelled or modified before the order is shipped.

    • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Damaged or Defective Items

  1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

    • Provide your order number, photos of the damage or defect, and a description of the issue.

    • We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom items

Shipping for Returns

  1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  2. If you are exchanging an item or requesting store credit, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Once we receive it, SOUL OMEN will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.

  3. If you are returning an item for a full refund, you must cover the cost of return shipping.

  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us.
