  1. Orders are processed and shipped within 24-72 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Information

  1. All orders ship from the U.S.

  2. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  3. Once a shipping label is created, tracking numbers will be provided via email.

Shipping Options and Delivery Times

  1. Standard Shipping:

    • Once shipped, expect delivery within 3-6 business days.

  2. Express Shipping:

    • Once shipped, expect delivery within 1-3 business days.

  3. All US orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

Order Tracking

  2. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Undeliverable Packages

  1. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

  2. Orders returned as undeliverable will not be reshipped until we confirm the correct address with you.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
